  • What payment plans does FPT HI GIO CLOUD offer?

    FPT HI GIO CLOUD provides 2 types of payment plans: Pay As You Go and Flat Rate.

    Pay As You Go is the best option if you’re looking for a flexible payment plan.

    • No minimum purchases or commitments
    • No upfront costs
    • Pay only for what you use
    • Hourly billing

     

    All you need is to top up your account balance to make sure you have enough funds to pay for your daily usage. You can top up your account balance on the Buy Credit page.

    Your account stays active on the condition that your balance is greater than or equal to 50.000 VND. You may cancel your account at any time. Payment is required for any outstanding fees incurred. Pay As You Go is no commitment. Pay only for what you use each day.

    The system calculates your bill hourly and makes a deduction from your account balance every day.
    The daily deduction from your balance is the total cost of the resources you used on that day.
    You can stop your VM anytime you need and you won’t be charged for the hours it’s been stopped.

  • How will I be billed for the FPT HI GIO CLOUD services?

    Your billing depends on the payment plan you use. If you use Pay As You Go plan– you will be billed hourly. The automatic deduction from your account balance will be made once a day. The daily deduction from your balance is the total cost of the resources you used on that day.
    If you stop your VM, the system recalculates your billing so you won’t be charged for the hours it’s been stopped.
    Your invoice will be automatically issued every calendar month. To check your billing or download your invoice please go to the Billing History page.

    If you use Flat Rate plan – you will be billed monthly based on your contract conditions.
    If you want to scale up you can request a sub contract at any time.

  • What payment methods can I use to top up my account balance?

    We accept local (Vietnamese) and international credit and debit cards. You can make payment via one of these payment gateways:

    • BAOKIM International
    • BAOKIM Domestic
    • OnePay International
    • OnePay Domestic
    • SenPay Domestic
  • Can I choose between hourly and monthly billing?

    Yes, you can choose between hourly and monthly billing.
    To be billed hourly please choose Pay As You Go plan.
    To be billed monthly please choose Flat Rate plan.

  • Can I get a refund of a leftover from my account balance?

    According to the FPT HI GIO CLOUD policy, we do not support any refund. However, we understand that you may have a situation when you have a leftover on your FPT HI GIO CLOUD account balance which you are not going to spend. In that case, you can use the leftover amount from your FPT HI GIO CLOUD account balance to pay for other FPT Telecom International services.

  • Can I transfer my account balance from one account to another?

    According to the FPT HI GIO CLOUD policy, we do not support any balance transfers from one FPT HI GIO CLOUD account to another.

  • How can I receive a hard copy of my red invoice every month?

    To receive a hard copy of your red invoice please follow the instructions below.

    If you haven’t registered your FPT HI GIO CLOUD account yet, please follow this instruction.


    When you register a new FPT HI GIO CLOUD account please check the checkbox “I WANT TO RECEIVE A HARD COPY OF MY RED INVOICE EVERY MONTH” on the Sign Up page. The system will automatically issue your red invoice and FPT HI GIO CLOUD customer service team will be sending you a hard copy of your red invoice every month.

    If you already have an FPT HI GIO CLOUD account and you haven’t checked the check box “I WANT TO RECEIVE A HARD COPY OF MY RED INVOICE EVERY MONTH” while signing up, please follow this instruction.

    1. Please go to higio.net
    2. Log In to your account
    3. Go to the My Profile page
    4. Make sure your address is correct
    5. Check the check box “I WANT TO RECEIVE A HARD COPY OF MY RED INVOICE EVERY MONTH”
    6. Click “SAVE CHANGES”

     

    The system will automatically issue your red invoice and FPT HI GIO CLOUD customer service team will be sending you a hard copy of your red invoice every month.

    If you want to receive a hard copy of your red invoice for a particular month please follow this instruction.

    1. Please go to higio.net
    2. Log In to your account
    3. Go to the Billing page
    4. Click Request red invoice
    5. Select a month of the red invoice you want to receive
    6. Fill up the form below
    7. Click “REQUEST INVOICE”

     

    FPT HI GIO CLOUD customer service team will send you a hard copy of the red invoice you requested.

  • Can I see how much I will be billed before the end of the current month?

    Yes, you can check your billing history and see how much you’ve already spent during the current period by visiting the Billing History page. The system automatically exports your billing information to that page daily.

    On that page you can also check the following information:

    • Your first paid day during the current period – means the first day that will be included to your monthly invoice.
    • The first day of a calendar month during the current period. According to our terms, sometimes few more days of the previous month may be included to your monthly invoice.
    • The current day of the current period.
    • The last paid day of the current period – means the last day that will be included to your monthly invoice.
    • The last day of a calendar month during the current period. The last calendar day of the current month will be automatically transferred to your invoice for the next month.
  • Why do dates in my invoice vary from the calendar days of the month?

    Sometimes dates included in your monthly invoice may vary from the actual calendar month.
    It may happen because of the following reasons:

    • The system automatically issues your invoice on the last calendar day of every month. The last calendar day of the current month will be automatically transferred to your invoice for the next month. Thus, your monthly invoice will include the last calendar day of the previous month and exclude the last calendar day of the current month.
    • The dates in your invoice may also vary from the actual calendar dates if you had a debt during the previous period. In that case, all days which haven’t been paid during the previous period will be automatically transferred to your invoice for the next month.
