FPT HI GIO CLOUD PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Sign prepaid Flat Charge Contract with FPT HI GIO CLOUD having the term of 12 months or above to purchase the cloud infrastructure services and receive the bonus points up to 35% of the initial payment of the total amount of the contract (excluded VAT and the charge relating to products).
2. With each payment method, the bonus points will be given as follows:
   1. For monthly payment, the customer will receive bonus points equivalent to 15% of the charge of the first one (1) month in the contract.
   2. For semi-annual payment, the customer will receive bonus points equivalent to 20% of the total charge of the first six (6) months under the contract.
   3. For annual payment, the customer will receive bonus points equivalent to 25% of the total charge of the first twelve (12) months under the contract.
   4. For signing 2-year Flat Rate Contract and choosing one total 2-year payment, the customer will receive bonus points equivalent to 35% of the total charge of the 2-year contract (24 months).
3. To take part in the offer you must be at least 18 years old at the time that you purchase a Service.
4. This offer only applies to signing a contract with FPT HI GIO CLOUD made from 18th August to 30th September 2017 and from 1st November to 15th December 2017 (“Offer Period”).
5. Offer not valid for the customer who sign up to the service and purchase a credit online via the web portal, and/or use LE Pay-As-You-Go payment method, and/or sign less than 12 months Contract.
6. FPT reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all customers.
7. To receive bonus points, you must provide your contact information as instructed at: https://higio.net/promotion-aug-dec/en during the Offer Period, or contact our Sales directly via hotline 1900 6973 and request a contract with FPT HI GIO CLOUD before the end of the Offer Period, including acceptance of this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
8. Our sales will contact the customer via the e-mail address and phone number provided by the customer during the Offer Period. Valid e-mail and phone number are required. Any email returned as non-deliverable will not be re-sent.
9. After the contract will be finished or expired or cancelled, the bonus points will be deactivated and the service and its renewals will be charged at then-current rate.
10. Limit: bonus points are issued to the customer only one time per one contract or annex, after the initial payment is done.
11. The bonus points should be used before the end of the Offer Period. After the Offer Period, the bonus points shall not be valid.
12. The bonus points are not refundable or replaceable for any reason.
13. The bonus points shall not be transferred, auctioned or sold in any way.
14. The bonus points shall only be exchanged to the gifts listed in the attached offer. In case the gift chosen by customer is out of stock or not purchased by FPT, FPT reserve the right to give customer the alternative gift with equivalent value.
15. The bonus points value may be convert to the additional month(s) into the contract instead of the gift (if requested). This is only applied if the value of bonus points is greater than or equal to a monthly charge under the contract.
16. If the customer sign more than one contract in the Offer Period and such contract(s) also satisfy the conditions mentioned under Article 1 above, the arising bonus points will still be calculated under this Offer. The bonus points of all contracts may be accured and exchanged one time.
17. If the customer signs the annex to purchase more services or upgrade the system as mentioned in the Contract during the Offer Period, the customer will receive the bonus points equivalent up to 30% of the initial charge of the total amount of the annex.
    The payment method of the annex must be the same as the payment method mentioned under the main Contract.
    1. For monthly payment, the customer may receive bonus points equivalent to 15% of the initial charge of the first one (1) month under the annex.
    2. For semi-annual payment, the customer may receive bonus points equivalent to 15% of the initial charge of the first five or four or three (5/4/3) months under the annex.
    3. For annual payment, the customer may receive bonus points equivalent to 20% of the initial charge of the entire eleven or ten or nine (11/10/9) months under the annex.
    4. For one-time payment of 2-year annex, the customer may receive bonus points equivalent to 30% of the initial charge of the entire twenty-three or twenty-two or twenty-one (23/22/21) months under the annex.
18. This offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or gift cards unless required by law.
19. FPT reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice or compensation in the event of circumstances outside of FPT’s reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable.
20. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
21. FPT reserves the right to disqualify any registrations that appear to be fraudulent, incomplete, invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions in any way.
22. Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
23. The value of this offer cannot be combined with any other payment method for purchase which is not mentioned in this offer.
24. By participating in this promotion, you agree that FPT will have no liability whatsoever for any costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of the discount, or from participation in this promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit FPT’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of FPT’s fraud.
25. The laws of Vietnam shall apply to this promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
26. In the unlikely event of a dispute in connection with this promotion, FPT’s decision shall be final. We may at our absolute discretion restrict who may enter into promotions for any reason.
27. By participating in this offer you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy which can be found here: https://higio.net/frontend/en/privacy-policy . This Privacy Policy shall govern and apply to any data you submit while participating in this offer.
28. Any questions, complaints or comments about the promotion can be made in writing. Send them in a sufficiently stamped envelope to Lot 29B – 31B – 33B, Tan Thuan St., Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Ward, District 7, HCMC. Please always include the name of the user. FPT will answer as soon as possible.
